WHO: Nicholas
Cage, Sam Rockwell, Alison Lohman
WHAT: Roy
suffers from OCD and agoraphobia, which really interferes with his life
as a con artist. Since he can't collect workman's comp, he instead
turns to a therapist to help turn his life around. But when his
sessions reveal that he has a teenage daughter he knows nothing about -
and that she wants to meet him - his whole life begins to change.
As he works to establish a relationship with his daughter, she becomes
fascinated with his line of work and wants in. But this version of
Take Your Daughter to Work Day doesn't quite turn out the way Roy
intended - nor the way you think it will... Rated PG-13.
WHY:
A great movie that gives you heart palpitations and keeps you on the
edge of your seat as the centerpiece con unfolds.
WHEN:
Premieres on HBO beginning Saturday,

"[Matchstick Men] is what you get when a bunch of talented pros
get together to make a movie without worrying about Oscar nominations,
career moves and 10-Best lists. They're just having fun, and chances
are, you will, too." |
