PAY XPRESS
Pay XpressPay Xpress is a service of Time Warner Cable of Albany that offers you convenient options to pay your cable bill. Time Warner Cable's Pay Xpress:
  • Decreases your check writing
  • Reduces paperwork
  • Eliminates lost or late payments
  • Saves time and money
Pay by web
You pay your bill using the Time Warner Cable Albany website at payxpress.twalbany.com. You can pay using a bank checking account or a major credit card.

Pay by phone
You pay your bill by using a touch-tone telephone. Call 1-866-321-CABLE any time and authorize payment directly from your bank account or credit card. The system will confirm the amount due on your bill and request your payment amount. Please allow two days for your payments to be credited to your Time Warner Cable account. You can also confirm appointments with 1-866-321-CABLE.
Pay-by-phone steps:
  1. Call 1-866-321-CABLE
  2. Press 1 for cable television service
  3. Listen to the introduction
  4. Press 1 for "information about your account"
  5. Press 1 for "information about your account or bill payment options"
  6. Press 2 "to pay your bill over the phone"
  7. You'll be transferred to an automated service that will take your account number, requested payment amount and credit card information

Autopay
You can have your cable payment drawn automatically from your bank account or credit card each month. It's easy to do, and you won't have to change your present banking relationship to take advantage of this service. Simply print out the online form and mail it to us today or read more about the autopay option.
