- Requests for standard cable installations will be completed within 7 business days. If we're late for a cable installation appointment you get it free. If we're late for a cable service appointment you get a $20 credit. Guaranteed.
- All service repairs will be made within 24 hours of your telephone call. Further appointment windows of up to 2 hours will be available during normal business hours. Monday - Friday. Service outages in excess of 4 hours - minimum one-day credit. Area wide service interruptions - repair within 24hours or 1 month of standard service - FREE. (extreme weather conditions excluded)
- You will enjoy clear and reliable cable television signals as a result of our stringent technical standards.
