BILL OF RIGHTS
  1. Every Time Warner Cable employee will assist you promptly, courteously and knowledgeably.
  2. Your phone call will be answered with in 30 seconds with very few exceptions.
  3. You will receive busy signals less than 3% of the times you call us.
  4. Your telephone call will be answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  5. Requests for standard cable installations will be completed within 7 business days. If we're late for a cable installation appointment you get it free. If we're late for a cable service appointment you get a $20 credit. Guaranteed.
  6. All service repairs will be made within 24 hours of your telephone call. Further appointment windows of up to 2 hours will be available during normal business hours. Monday - Friday. Service outages in excess of 4 hours - minimum one-day credit. Area wide service interruptions - repair within 24hours or 1 month of standard service - FREE. (extreme weather conditions excluded)
  7. You will enjoy clear and reliable cable television signals as a result of our stringent technical standards.
  8. All area service outages will be addressed quickly and efficiently.
  9. All disputes will be resolved quickly and fairly.
  10. You will discover that we run our operation in a responsible, efficient manner in order to keep operating costs and your rates down.
  11. You will receive notification of all changes in rates, channel lineups and programming prior to these changes being made.
  12. You will find that our programming lineup provides you with the very best variety of entertainment and information choices.
  13. You will find our office hours to be convenient and, in many cases extended to fit the lifestyles of our customers.
  14. You will receive a monthly statement, which is clear and concise.
