Stop by a local Time Warner Cable Customer Service Center for an automatic bill payment form or fill out the online form.
How much does it cost to use the autopay option?
The service is free, plus you save money on postage every month.
How and when will my bill be paid? How will I be notified?
After you complete and send us the form, Time Warner Cable will inform your financial institution of the amount due and they will automatically deduct that amount on your cable statement due date. When this payment option goes into effect, you will receive information on the first page of your statement that reads: "Do not pay: Amt. deducted on [due date] Auto Pay Plan." Please continue to pay your Time Warner Cable bills by the due date until you receive a billing statement with this message printed on it.
How will I know the amount of my bill? How will I know it's been paid?
Your bill statement will indicate the amount that will be automatically deducted from your bank account or your credit card account. Your Time Warner Cable bill and your account statement from your financial institution will both reflect your payment.

How do I stop the automatic bill pay option?
To discontinue Pay Xpress, the automatic bill payment option, you must notify Time Warner Cable in writing. Stop by a Time Warner Cable Customer Service Center for a form to discontinue Pay Xpress or fill out the online discontinue form.
